Misted Forest teaches a variety of classes from a traditional yoga base to a fusion of martial arts, dance and functional movement. Some classes are focused more on strength and sculpting, others on releasing stress and lengthening muscles. She also teachers mindfulness focused classes to improve clarity focus and self acceptance.
