  • Note: Make sure if the home made weight is liquid on the inside to be careful. As the liquid shifts so too will the weight which could make some exercises more challenging than a stable barbell.


Cans of Coconut Milk in tote bags

  • Yep, equal weights of cans on each one. You can hold the handles and do various upper body exercises with these.


Rice in snack or sandwich bags: Not only great for small weights but also to use in yoga to compress areas of the body or to cover the eyes in Savasana.


An Old Tire: Pushing the tire and flipping it is a great full body, leg dominate exercise.


Sand Bags: Pick them up, throw them down. Pick them up and walk up the stairs. All sorts of exercises with these.
